The goal of this initiative was to promote the professional development and leadership potential of graduate women students by providing opportunities for networking and information exchange. The workshop series focuses on issues specific to women graduate students and includes panels and speakers on surviving grad school, how to have crucial conversations, negotiating job offers, how to promote yourself, and other relevant topics.
